Still seem to be there, looks like maybe a service dial for a 145.016 or 0.19?

 

Thanks. Couldn't see it on my phone for some reason. Found it on ebay. The case is nicely refinished a bit too much making it appear asymmetrical. Dial must be repainted or "prototype" - nice if it said Seamaster on it, it would then be a good franken for parts/project.
