Hi guys, i found this at a local flea market with a $15 price tag. I was actually able to talk her down to $11. I collect vintage millitary memoribellia but not really watches. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what this is and where it may have come from. The movement is running flawlessly and appears to be in very good mechanical condition. Thanks for the help.

I'm not one of the experts but can't wait to hear. I'm curious about the uneven type etc. I'm hoping it's real and had a great story behind it.

    Fark!

    What a mess.

Salvage the movement. Good deal for $11.

Thanks for the input guys. In your opinion would it be worth getting a new dial and maybe a nato/brown leather strap. I have a Nomos, a Bell & Ross and a simple Hamilton. They are all very modern in appearance, but i dont have any vintage watches. The case and crystal are in good shape and thinking of cleaning it up for everyday wear (when not in suit and tie). What do you think?

A new crown, service dial and a movement service (and other unknowns) might give you a nice vintage beater.

Careful it doesn't become a money pit.
