Ok if you hadn't guess some lucky scandinavia's have whole islands to rule in the summer. Some (me) aren't that lucky. I'll just will have to make do make do without digging a grave. The call for something festive to share with friend and family is the same where ever you are... So here is pictorial mess that I call cooking. 1 Get a salmon. Sadly shop bought. Freeze other half. Keep head tail bones and off cuts for soup.. Not featured here but nominomi non the less. 2 washed and dried. 3 prepare dry components 4 herbs 5 apply dry ingredients 6 apply greenery 7 secret sauce 8 "cook" part 1 9 "cook" part 2 stuff it in the fridge.
