Saw that one - it has features consistent with an original dial and others that are not. Price not bad though even if it is a redial if the movement is clean.

For me I will say redial.

I have never seen this type of dial before and I have seen many of them... but it is not impossible that this is a legit dial - I can not tell by this picture only - would need much larger pics from different angles...
Hands (h+m) are not original to this watch for sure.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the fact that the (gold) hands don't match the case or dial.

I think it's an older redial.

The OP's dial is a bit odd in that luminous dials generally come with luminous hands.

I think it is not a luminous dial but a kind of "mirrored" numbers...
