My Bestfit book tells me you need a mainspring that is 1.30 mm wide, 0.13 mm thick, and 13 1/2 inches long. My parts list also tells me this caliber is a chronograph (likely a 3 register). That you are unaware of a source for a replacement mainspring tells me that you might be contemplating doing this job yourself. I suggest if you are in doubt as to where a mainspring might be obtained, you may be wise to not attempt this repair yourself, if that is your intention.

You need a 320 mainspring, so the part number to look for is 72203201208. If you are looking for a 321 mainspring that may be the problem...

Your watchmaker should be able to obtain this spring, and if not then you may need to seek out a watchmaker who has access to Omega parts - the spring can still be purchased directly from Omega.

    Cheers, Al
