I know nothing about the guy, but it easy to type out a list of all the big names...

AWCI list shows CW21 certified watchmaker and some Omega training, not the master level I would want if I were sending out my vintage Patek or Timex.

We've got a local guy around here with those same basic qualifications and after having him screw both myself and a friend around with butchered work and high prices I don't hold much trust in such listings.

I'd want references.

I've had good experience with Paul's Watch Repair in Sacramento. Rai is a good guy and very responsive, their online work order system is nice as well.

 

I was wondering, given your location, if you were familiar with this guy.

 

Paul's has been good for me too. I can also highly recommend Rik Dietel @ Timecare Inc. in Florida.

 

Look up JD's watch repair in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He works on all high end and has excellent service. He fixed my 69 Speedy and had it back to me in a couple weeks.

To clarify, I've only sent PWR Longines, Wittnauer, and 5xx, 7xx, 861 calibre Omegas.

 

I've not used mailin, there are two WM who are also certified Omega & Rolex near me in Cleveland that I use as well. If you're interested shoot me a PM.

Ferst and formost OWME 1120 not ease to get. I been a watchmaker for 39 yeas and you can take my word for it.
