Today is my first day wearing my FIOS. Got a great deal from an AD that’s on the other side of the country (I’m in Cali, dealer’s in NY) Thanks to everyone that took their time to give great advice regarding bracelet choices. I ended up with the Forstner flat link. I have the Omega clasp, but have not made the switch. I intend to purchase an orig Omega bracelet in the future. My local OB is very knowledgeable on what to buy and not to buy.

The Forstner is really nice to wear, very comfortable. No hair has been pulled yet . Although the end links does not follow the natural lines of the lugs, the color and polishing matches the case very well.
Looking forward to many years with this piece.

Be aware the solid clasp pins go in and out in a specific direction, so don't force anything...

That looks great on your wrist.
Congrats on your purchase and wear it in good health. And don't forget to post pics when you finally install the Omega clasp.

Doesn’t the Forstner use screw pins?

The Forstner flat link is great. I love mine. It's even more comfortable with the Omega clasp as the Forstner clasp is much longer and doesn't go on my wrist as well as the shorter Omega one. The stretch links in the Forstner are awesome, too.

Im looking at one for my speedy. Looking up directions to attach the clasp in the forum as we speak to see if it's worth the hassle...
I can get one cheaper than the 2 or 3 links I need to make my short bracelet long enough.

I used this tool to remove the pins from the clasp. I re-inserted them using the same tool and from the other side that they came out of (same direction through the clasps). https://www.esslinger.com/watch-band-pin-remover-tool-little-giant/

The brushed version complements the ST1 quite beautifully I think. Very comfortable as well.
