Case is a bit ploished but not too badly - chamfers on the lugs still there.
Movement looks clean. Has it been serviced recently? I would want it at this price.
Hands are either re-lumed or replaced, they do not match the lume of the dial.
Dial has some damage.
If serviced you can pay $700
If not serviced I would offer $500 at max
