A few of the lume dots have come off my omega seamaster dial -now bouncing around between dial and crystal. Suspect it is connected water ingress a few years ago- watch was dried out and repaired by a local watch smith

Advice required please- will this require dial replacement or can the individual lumes be replaced. I suppose this will be back to omega for repair ? Watch is 10 years old

As long as the dial wasn’t damaged by the lume dots, there’s no need for a dial change. There are expert relumers around - James Hyman is one who comes to mind, he’s in the UK. If you tell us your location, chances are someone here can recommend a local to you.
