Lume came off bezel!

Hello, all!

I am the proud owner of a Seamaster 300m No Time to Die watch & I have recently noticed that the lume has fallen off of the bezel at the 5 & 10 indices. I have never dropped the watch, I pretty much wear it everyday. All I can think is that it must’ve come off when I rubbed up against a wall or something.

Is this something Omega can repair? I have attached photos so you can see where there is no lume on the bezel. Thank you for your time!

All the indices look the same to me.
It's the bezel where the lume is not there anymore.

Should be an easy bezel replacement, maybe even warranty.

By dial, do you mean bezel? I see what appears to be no lume a the 5 min mark on the bezel

Yes, my fault. I mean bezel. I will edit my post.

I cannot think of a situation where the bezel wouldn't be replaced to repair this. That is how Omega would repair it. That is the official repair solution as there's no way to reapply lume material and the insert isn't available separately. If it's under warranty, it could be repaired under warranty.

This is a known issue in the earlier anodized aluminum, lumed bezels. I assume that the Luminous material did not Bond (pun intended?) properly to the aluminum in those areas. A number of people have had this issue with the Heritage model as well and Omega has replaced the bezel under warranty.

Is the lume on the minute and hour hands different colors?

No worries, it was a typo but not really a big deal since your lume shot shows the issue.

Yes, this is normal for all of the current production Omega divers. The minute hand lume is green and matches the pip. Everything else is blue. It's not always very obvious.

Omega warranty is good for 5 years correct? If so, then it is still under warranty.

I haven't heard of this happening with any of the bezels produced in the last year or two but I can't guarantee there aren't any examples. Good luck getting it fixed! Lovely watch.

This should be repairable under warranty.
