Lug to lug measurements / Aqua Terra 38mm?

Please help a newbie out... Why don’t watch brands clearly define lug to lug!? I have been searching everywhere on online but can’t find the lug to lug measurement for the newest vintage of the Aqua Terra 38mm. Also is there a good one stop source for this and other dimensions? Thanks

Equally important is the height of the case itself! This is not disclosed readily on Omega's website for the 38mm AT model I looked up.

Why they don't disclose - who knows!?

That said, I usually try to research via YouTube and online reviews and find a couple sources that corroborate each other to confirm.

Lug to lug is 45.5mm and thickness is 13mm.
