Looks like a nice old 30mm Omega. Probably from the late 1950's or early 1960's. Cal. 268 or 269. Hands are the "alpha" style, but I think they may have been relumed at one point. That's common. Dial and case are in perfect original condition. One of Omega's simplest and best manual wind movements. gatorcpa
