I am missing the tachy bezel on my Speedmaster Professional 3570.50.00 Calibre 1861.

I have no clue how/when/where it fell off and am pretty distraught.

Is it safe for me to still wear it without the bezel and does anyone recommend I buy a replacement through Ofrei for $208?

 

I would replace it. Ofrei price is always a premium but that isn't too bad. The bezel is a friction fit that required a bezel press to get it on there but I can only image a hard hit to the watch would have loosened the bezel and maybe another one knocked it off without your notice.

 

Occasionally you can get one off eBay, but they seem to come in waves, and of varying quality.

i lost a Do90 once and that hurt.
