    Hello,

I am looking forward to learning more about these great watches. The 166.010 and 168.024 references have caught my eye. There is one on eBay I am considering making an offer on. It looks quite nice to me after a few day's research into what it should look like. Thought I might solicit input as this would be my first vintage Omega.

Also have been looking at the sales forum here.

    Thank you in advance.

Did you ever find one or go for the one you found? There's one on the bay at the moment:

Not the best condition but seems pretty good value especially considering it's with a beads of rice bracelet

I don't recommend it as a good buy, the dial has yellow spots here and there and the movement looks tired.

No, she has some good stuff and some not so good stuff, just be careful.

    Same with any seller.

@bdatki a 168.024 has just gone up on the bay from Elady again - dial looks in better condition than the other one but is cheaper for some reason? I'm sure someone who knows more than myself can tell you why... related to condition of the movement I would guess?
