    Hi all,
I was referred here from /r/watches in the hopes that you all could help me identify this Omega that belong to my great-great uncle. The movement Caliber Number is 510 and the case back stamp reads: 6-65P. The engravings also read "14 kt. Gold," "H6577," and "478815." /u/IMeasure suggested this watch is similar to the 1961 US COLLECTION H 6550 in solid yellow gold, made in 1954. He described this watch as fairly unique, while also having a refinished dial. I am looking to see if anyone here can provide me with any more information on it. Pictures are below.
    Thank you!

The case was made in the US, and the dial / hands / caliber were imported and installed into it. Norman Morris was Omega's US agent back then. The watch does have a refinished dial. The serial number of the caliber (14,700.034) puts it as 1955. The H6577 is the reference number.

Nice little movement, the 510 with the same layout as the cal 471 without the automatic winding system. Was in a range of Ultra-thin models. Morris particularly like them and used them in a quite a few dress pieces. Was produced in the Favre factory after Omega took it over.
