I think it's going to be difficult to find a replacement, but I remember seeing a resto of a 13zn-12 where aldo, milwatchmaker.com, turned/made a suitable copy.

Hi John, i made these crowns following original dimensions, outside dia.,thickness and stem fitting.
They fit perfectly , maybe if crown tube leather gasket has become hard, just grease it.

Btw i'm just servicing one of these beauties in these days, not a common watch to work on.
