Looking for Original Blue Sweep Second Hand for 1960s Omega Genève Dynamic

I’m reaching out to the community for some help. I own a 1960s Omega Genève Dynamic (ref. 135.033), and I am looking for the original sweep second hand in blue, which was fitted on some of these models. Unfortunately, mine is missing and I’d love to restore the watch to its authentic look.

I understand that replacement parts for Dynamics can be quite tricky to source.

If anyone here has advice on:

• trusted suppliers for vintage Omega parts,
• possible watchmakers or restoration specialists who might stock original hands,
• or even a spare blue second hand available for sale or trade,

…I’d be very grateful.

Any guidance, tips, or leads would be much appreciated - I know this forum has an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to sourcing authentic parts.

A little follow-up on my previous post asking for help sourcing the correct blue sweep second hand for my Omega Genève Dynamic Ref. 135.033 (Cal. 601, manual wind).

I came across this listing on eBay:
👉 Blue Sweep Second Hand - Omega Dynamic

It is advertised as a “Omega 565 Dynamic Sweep Hand Blue NOS.” Visually it looks exactly like what I need, but since my watch is powered by a Cal. 601, I am unsure whether the dimensions (tube size, shaft fit, etc.) are identical.

👉 Could anyone confirm if this Cal. 565 Dynamic sweep hand can also fit a Cal. 601 Dynamic?
Or, even better, does anyone know the official Omega part reference number for the blue sweep second hand that belongs to the Cal. 601?

Any advice or confirmation before I purchase would be very much appreciated.
