Looking for information and value on Omega watch

I don't know how long my mom had it. I'm guessing for at least 10 or 20 years. I have some pictures. I own it now. I had the back taken off to get numbers at a watch repair shop. He says it's real. I'm pretty sure it's real. I'd like to know is it worth anything collectible wise or is it just worth something scrap value and maybe what would that be. Is it a decent omega watch and somebody want to buy it for it for an actual watch? Or is it really only worth the gold scrap? I don't see if I need more information or pictures of something please let me know.

You have a 14k gold ladies Omega from the 1970s. It sports a manual wind cal 625 movement. The watch isn't sought after by collectors as far as I know, so its value is in the precious metal.

Clear pics of the movement and caseback. Blurry pics of the dial. Hmmm...

Put it in the scales, subtract 10-15g from that number. Sell for that number multiplied by maybe £40/$55
