Looking for info on this watch, I think it is 1952. It is original with exception of the mainspring, hour register hand and crown.

·Certainly a 2451 dress chrono, with an uncommon dial variation. There is no end to the dial combination variation on these early dress chronos; but the crown is later/incorrect replacement.
