    Hi all,

New to the forum, but was hoping some folks might be able to offer a bit more info on a watch I received for my wedding. We got it through Auctionata, which I know has a bit of a suspect reputation, but thought it might be good to ask around to see if anyone else had anything they could add. (note: I know that I probably overpaid a bit... had been looking for a tank style omega for a while and was happy to find one!)

The actual watch, with pictures, can be found here: https://auctionata.com/en-us/o/194250/omega-automatic-wristwatch-ref-161013-c-1962

And a bit of info from Omega is here: https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-details/14685/

Other than that, I've only seen a few others offered for sale. They all look pretty similar to mine.

Thanks in advance, and happy to be part of the community!

The auctionata link works for me. I can't see anything obviously the matter, subject to the caveats that: a) this is a model I don't know anything about, b) there is no close-up dial photo - and dial refinishing is the number one authenticity problem with vintage watches, c) there is no movement shot, which is odd as they've included a pic of the inside case back. Maybe they are trying to hide something or maybe they were just in a hurry and don't really care anyway, which seems more likely. So if you want an informed opinion I suggest a front-on close-up of the dial.
