Looking for help with Ebay

I am looking for help from a nerd on Ebay 😀))) in June 2018 i missed to buy an ACDC album signed to « Child First name » i was in touch trying to negotiate and then gone, 7 years after i am still in pain not to have to by it, i lost some emails in 2018 and some of them where the discussion with the seller, the only information i have is the eBay auction number date of sale etc… and the picture of it, what i am looking for is to contact the seller ( a company anyway) to see if there is a way to get it touch with the buyer etc… you imagine .
