It is my fathers, comes from 1954 and is missing it's stem and crown. Does anyone know what model and is the stem and crown replacement easy/affordable?

The reference number is on the tag, P6521. Case number is possibly 2652-10SC and crown 42019SX at Cousins UK.

The stem is based on the caliber, which might be 352 or 354.

Now, here's the problem. 2652 is a Constellation and that watch is not a Constellation. Which means that's not the box that watch came in.

Take your watch to a watchmaker, who will find out what crown and stem are right and you'll be taken care of. Parts and installation likely $100 or less.

P6521, is a US market reference (probably a Wadsworth case) caliber 370/371, ca late 1940s.
