It was an unbelievable fluke! My Dad took another look around and found it laying in the bottom of an old unrelated trunk! Super excited! @No Mercy got back to me with a very reasonable and much appreciated quote right at the same time!

Thats perfect! I misunderstood you - thought you found a replacement bezel. I can’t emphasize how unlikely this would’ve been. Sounds like you’re all set now. 😀

Lucky your father found the bezel.
IMO it's a very nice watch that deserves to get back to it's glory.
