Does anyone recognize the case this 29mm movement needs, or this case configuration please?


Has anyone seen an Omega wristwatch like this with the crown that stays in the case when the movement is taken out, like a pocket watch?

I have an Elgin trench wristwatch in a Star Watch Co cushion form case with a crown like this which stays in the case after the movement is taken out but I didn't know that Omega did this with wristwatches, or that Omega ever used Star Watch Co cases?

The dial is quite nice and i think I'd like to wear this watch.

But do I need a case or just a crown and stem for this one?
