I'm looking for case-back gaskets for the following 2 Speedmasters: 145012-67 SP Cal 321 145022-68 ST Cal 861 (Transitional model) What is a good source for these and can someone share the part number? Thanks in advance.
I saw that when I did a web=search earlier, but couldn't find the specific gasket for either case. There was a message saying to make a generic order and note the case number in the order and also that they would not be getting any more gaskets from Omega (excerpt below). I'm wondering if they actually have them in stock? Has anyone ordered a case back gasket for a 145012 or 145022 recently? >>>>>>>>>> http://www.ofrei.com/page990.html click order below and in the order comments section during the checkout tells us the Omega case number you found inside the case back after you opened the watch. We are no longer able to get more gaskets from Omega and will be supplying from stock until our supply runs out. We are not able to supply every gasket and will do our best to find your gasket. >>>>>>>>>>
Thanks, Al. Is there a source you know where I can get these gaskets? I'm not sure that ofrei has them. Speedmaster 145012, part #088NS5139 - I searched ofrei, and it showed it as being the part for "Genuine Omega Case Back Gasket, Planet Ocean 088NS5139." Will this work for the 145012 also? Speedmaster 145022, part #088NS5140 - I could not find this on ofrei or any other major website.
088NS5139 is used on 200 different models, including the 145012 Speedmaster...and the 088NS5140 is used on 408 different watches, of course including the 145022 Speedmasters. As for where you can find them, that I can't help you with as I order them directly from Omega. Will just require legwork to find them or equivalent seals that are not Omega branded. Cheers, Al
Thanks, Al. I'll try calling ofrei when they open up tomorrow. Hopefully, they will have both gaskets.
