Hi Omega fans, I am the owner of a Omega Speedmaster 125. The watch really needs serious work and I took it to my friend Jan who is a professional watchmaker to see if the watch is worth the repair. While I was in his workshop he made a ruff quotation for the repair work to get the watch working. The biggest problem is the bracelet. It is broken and the part that is left is totally worn out. Is there anybody that can help me find an good bracelet to get the watch back in perfect condition? Thank you in advance for your help or tips! Ruud 'Speedmaster 125" from the Netherlands.
Your best bet would be to set up an Ebay search for this bracelet. The reference is 1221/212. Cool watch though!
Omega makes a modern replacement that fits the Speedmaster 125, reference 3033/213 (part number 020ST3033213) if you cannot find an original 1221.
Are you sure the bracelet is beyond repair? Might be worth asking the question of Michael Young. http://www.classicwatchrepair.com/english/band-restoration
Would you happen to know if this 020ST3033213 bracelet would also work with an Omega Speedmaster 176.0015? The lug mount looks similar at least. Thank you.
