    Its real, and an 18K hand-wound piece, they're not overly popular or in high demand so price would be quite modest, probably lower than you'd expect.

    Both really, if you really like it maybe try negotiating it down a bit, its mainly that being quite a small watch and a bit out of style there's not much demand for them

    Case has been very heavily polished.

    Here's a ref D6650 in14K WG.

    Notice how crisp the edges are compared to OPs watch.
