Does Omega make a replacement? Or is there a chance of finding an original? I have searched for one for ages, but have not had any luck finding one. Any help would be appreciated, where to look. Does it have a parts number like the 1216 for the Megaquartz?

Is looks SO much better with the original:

There are sooooo many leather band artisans all over the Planet..... Why not have one custom made for you ?

I have contacted a few but these are very difficult to make and fit. I would never order from someone who doesn't have the watch to measure from and that really narrows it down.
And i would REALLY like an original if possible.

The easiest way to find out if Omega makes a replacement is if you call am OB and ask. If they do, I'd probably eat the cost and buy one just to have a template to send to leather craftspeople down the road to make custom straps of the same size.

You need an "outside notch" watch strap. You'll need two measurements, the width of the strap overall and the width of the center part.

I have the measurements:

But the problem is that the strap need to look like this at the end:

(This is for a Megaquartz... doesn't fit mine)

I found an original strap form my Geneva megaquartz on ebay. They are about, you just need a bit of luck and regular searches. I also bought a sharkskin strap from a member here after putting a WTB post up.

I will keep on looking on ebay for sure!
I just visited the biggest Omega dealer here i Copenhagen, and they did a search for me, on Omega straps, but they don't make anything that fit my watch anymore..
