I have a feeling it's the kind of thing where you'll need to buy a watch with the bracelet on it and put it on yours. You see non-functional examples of these on ebay from time to time, might be your best bet to try and scavenge the bracelet from one of those. Of course if the watch isn't working the bracelet has likely taken a beating too.

I think, from memory, the case which takes leather and gold filled straps/bracelets are different.
Not interchangeable.
