Testing my knowledge as I look at potential options.

This looks good to me (minus no movement pics which would obviously be a deal breaker if they couldn't be sent!) but the crown is incorrect, and the hands - guessing replacement? Possible all the lume was lost from both but the dial doesn't seem to show evidence of that... anything else I'm missing?

I’m not too familiar with this reference, but the dial seems fine to me. Hands are to the tick marks which is generally a good sign. I don’t recall off the top of my head seeing a cross hair version so recommend investigating that a bit.

Note I believe this is a mid-size watch, something like 31mm - not the standard full size fat-lug Seamaster.
