Looking at a Geneve 166.0174 for $250

Came across this 70s Geneve for 250 bucks. Any obvious flaws besides the awkward lugs and signs of use I should be aware? Newly serviced and comes with both straps. Looks like a fun little beater for what seems to me like a good price.
