I saw this one on chronocentric and not sure of the dial but I have seen this handset on one that was posted on OF so feel comfortable with them. Would like thoughts on the dial and if the markings on the caseback look correct?

They're correct. A rare one with south african engravings. Bezel locking crown is a replacement. And asking price is silly, the same watch sold at WOK nov 2016 for 4k £.
