Could be a cal. 19.7X depending on the size. Nice touch with the Wilmot regulator.

And Gutehoffnungshütte was a steel manufacturing company, todays name is M.A.N..
I have the same watch and I still have no idea if they gave these presents for 25 years of service to everybody or just the management. I've seen cheaper watches (Kienzle) and some in 14k gold cases.

Firstly, great watch! The caliber 19.70 is a high-quality movement, and the overall condition of the watch is very good. Also, I like the engraving.
