Longines gold wristwatch from year 1912

    Hi, I'm new user here and now I would like to introduce my gold treasure, the watch is from year 1912,the serial number that tell that it would be only the third of the year on all production from Longines

    Dial certainly looks like it is from that era. 99.9% sure it was converted from a ladies pocket watch, probably in the 1930's.

    I would be interested in knowing if the case is solid gold or gold plated/filled.

    Hands are mismatched, although the hour hand is likely original.

    I wait an answer from Longines,I asked a few days ago on information on this watch,the year is correct but other data not knowns.
