Looks like Longines will be releasing a 60th Anniversary Flagship model for Basel, based on the original in their museum. Price TBD, but it's a sharp looking watch

I really like this. I don't own a Longines but there's a few I like.

This may go on my 'to buy' list depending on price.

 

I have to say that Longines is doing a bang up job with their vintage recreations. Well priced too.

 

Do we know the price yet? I would still love one of the originals......

It really is beautiful... Might have to get one so I can wear a Flagship even through all of the 'elements'!

Somebody wanna post an early Flagship with the sub-seconds, like the dial chosen by Kate Winslet and Longines for this LE?

 

Sorry, but I don't like the sub-dial at all. Too small, and I don't recall them ever being sunken on the originals.

 

I'd like to see a picture of the museum piece that it is supposedly fashioned after... I have a feeling it's not all that similar...
