Looks like Longines will be releasing a 60th Anniversary Flagship model for Basel, based on the original in their museum. Price TBD, but it's a sharp looking watch Seems like all the brands are paying tribute to their vintage models now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
38.5 is still good... curious where you all are getting this info? Can't seem to find an article anywhere.
I really like this. I don't own a Longines but there's a few I like. This may go on my 'to buy' list depending on price.
That's reasonable size, considering... thank you, Longines, for not making it 41mm!! It really is beautiful... Might have to get one so I can wear a Flagship even through all of the 'elements'!
Hopefully, the caseback will look just like the original, and also made in gold for all (SS and Au) models... Somebody wanna post an early Flagship with the sub-seconds, like the dial chosen by Kate Winslet and Longines for this LE?
Sorry, but I don't like the sub-dial at all. Too small, and I don't recall them ever being sunken on the originals.
I'd like to see a picture of the museum piece that it is supposedly fashioned after... I have a feeling it's not all that similar... And as an aside... I do love your sweet no-date (probably cal.30L?) Flagships, Tony... Dibs?!?
