This is a Longines dial for cal 490 for a ref 8237. It is exceptional condition - I believe that Watchco purchased a lot of unused Longines parts and this is one of them. It still has both dial feet.
I will sell this for 35 dollars plus shipping to where you. However, I do request that you send a picture of your caseback with the reference number.
