Longines conquest power reserve [ case ??? ]

    Can anyone tell what case this is??

    Judging by the lugs and the 12 sided geometric caseback, it looks like a reference 9045 from another more basic Conquest from the mid to late 60's. The 904x series still housed 29x calibers and had medallions on the caseback (fish for SS and gold capped, waves & stars for solid gold) so it would be easy to stuff a 294 PR caliber and dial inside. The 9045 had those exact lugs too.

    Shitty job on the "restoration" of the medallion.

    Dude, listen to the squirrel. This rodent knows what he's talking about as evidenced by the above posts. Now for the extended lesson..... that same case style, but with an engraved globe and Winged Hourglass logo on the back instead of a medallion were the 806x series, and usually housed the non-inhouse 50x series (based on the Record 195x calibers, a company Longines acquired in 1961) and either had "Conquest" or no series name on the dial.
