But is it a bit too expensive considering the fish has lost the enamel?
Gone now... did you get it? It does look all original to me too - but are you sure the fish ought to have had enamel? It seems hard to imagine how it could have just vanished. (Some Longines medallions posted here have no enamel, although others would know much more on those post war models).
Still available and way too expensive for its condition, replacement crown and the missing enamel on the case back.
Case over-polished, gold-capped, missing enamel, wrong crown, will need a service. A possible purchase for parts. Probably $500 too expensive.
What is the correct crown for these like? I am interested in it more for the rarity than anything else, 1960, date at 12, I think the date at 12 (original) conquests were only available for that year. Thank you for the replies.
