Thanks! I have go give Dennis big props for confirming what I suspected about it. I've been looking for my first Longines, and when I saw "30L" in a sales post I zoomed in. Steel not gold, small seconds, elegant hands, all the right pieces, and mint condition? Yes! It is my first dress watch in several years, but the fact that it was made in my birth year adds a little something extra. Light here in southern Germany has been scant, but here are a few more photos: I love the wonderful contrast with the raised Longines logo on the dial, the wonderfully detailed crown, and the subtly elegant lugs.
