·I'm not seeing any obvious issue. US-cased Longines. Sometimes bracelets like these were sized for the original owner and can't be adjusted, so you will want to be careful about that. I don't know if you can install a regular strap and you're unlikely to find a replacement bracelet.

·The case is tired, the movement needs an urgent service, the rotor seems to scratch on the caseback, the crown is probably incorrect.
