·It is difficult to show you a comparable original example since this dial looks so unlike original dials from the period. The watch is certainly not rare.
Edit: P.S. Time-only cal. 13.33 are not especially commonplace. However, calling this watch "rare" or even desirable would certainly be a stretch.

It will not at all be easy. Still, you or a watchmaker may be able to find a suitable replacement which is "close enough".
