For me the bigger concern would be the corrosion signs around the case back gasket area visible in the second to last image, bearing in mind you don't know what lurks underneath that gasket also. These sorts of issues could be perfectly acceptable if it was a few decades older and/or cheaper, but on a 1995 watch for me it's one to walk away from. In a sense it's a stereotypical dealer watch, it looks pretty but underneath there are signs it's pretty tired.
These aren't rare watches, so there are plenty of others to chose from. 70s Speedmasters can still be had for $2.5k or less if you keep looking, that's where I'd be headed. Good luck with your search.
