I am looking through the ads online and scrolling through the PO 42
How do the current offerings differ from the LiquidMetal PO Limited Edition?
Is the titanium PO essentially the same build?

Essentially but the LMLE is black, not blue, letters and legend red. dial is glossy black matching the bezel exactly. casebook is steel not sapphire, movement is 2500 not 8500 and as such the case is significantly thinner in profile. It has the added zirconium dioxide legend edged in dial. I think that covers most of it.

    Awesome
The bezel grip seems to be better too
Kind of like a Sub vs SeaDweller comparison

I never realized the difference was so great between the two. What a perfect comparison shot.

yeah, it's notable. The 8500's do have a way to eventually work themselves into the wrist, but once you put on the 2500 back it's definitely night and day. Although both are beautiful watches I do think they made a mistake by making the case quite that thick. Some say (or hope) they will find a way to taper it down a little. we'll see.

I have the PO Ti and it has taken a little time to get used to the height & weight about 35minutes of wearing it in the shop I bought it from, had it just over 3 weeks now and only taken it off a handful of times. It's sooooo comfortable as although taller than other watches ( I have a Tissot an G Shock) isn't heavy. I tried on the Sub but TBH that felt as heavy and I wanted something that didn't look like a "R" and was a little different from the run of the mill.

I was talking to a salesman in my local AD yesterday and he said to expect a slimmer PO next year, maybe even without the date function. He also mentioned a special edition sm300 master coaxial for the upcoming Spectre release. It probably means you only get a nato and 007 plastered all over the dial for a lot more money.
