Mt. St. Helens from my front porch. We don't often get sunsets quite as impressive here as I saw when I lived in Arizona, but when we get one, they make the mountains fun.

Mt. Hood, from WSU-V campus.

sunrise @500m off the deck on Tangarine Trip (aid climb on El Cap Yosemite).
Addition: to show location better ::rimshot::
Diff country/diff time:sunsets

spending 1st August (Swiss National day) on Speer Mtn 5'850ft/1950m asl to light “1st Aug Höhefeuer-fire” and eat a cheese Fondue on gas camping stove & drinking schnapps ;-) we also carried 20kg of fire wood up to get a decent fire going which others could see from the surrounding Peaks
Fav climbing spot (Kalymnos - Grotto) at sunset (FYI: this above not my pic - copyright @
Nikolaos Smalio Kalymnos Climbing Guide ‘05. Rest are mine!
My shot of the cave is not as sunset like and bolting new routes can be dangerous (broke my ribs & knee falling sideways 40m unexpected against a stone pillar when my drill bit snapped off while I was still attached via a sling but my 2nd anchor pulled - cam in tuff:whipped: stupid mistake
