Always an exciting goosebumps moment, as the domes, turned away from the setting Sun, our yellow G-type star, slowly start to open in order to completely acclimatise the interior, giant mirror telescope & instruments...
A privilege I witnessed at many astronomical observatory sites in 33 countries 😉
