I am maybe not an expert on this? But it ain't that bad? Is it? The movement is right? And i have seen that watch with those hands before? Case number is alright for that model to?
Movement has at least one part replaced/swapped and some of them look shady. So basically a franken. The hands look weird. They are either not genuine or were poorly lumed (or whatever substance they have on them). The dial also looks weird and not abiding to the Omega standard of quality. Also the dial/fonts look suspicious. Since it should be a military watch I'm assuming the bracelet is from something else... Not sure about that caseback either.
A few quick things I spotted: 1. Case back is marked "Carrure-Lunette Plaque OR 40 Microns" - so the watch itself should have a gold plated bezel. 2. Dial is a fake and has the Broad Arrow marking for the British MoD. 3. Hands are poorly executed fakes. 4. Crown is wrong. 5. Case back is incorrectly marked.
