Just a tiny correction; the Lemania 5100 is 28,800 A/h [8 beats per sec] and the L5012 is 21,600 [6 beats per sec]. I didn't know about the prototypes though and fully agree on your comment on the 'originality' of serviced watches, especially rarae issued ones - for me it's one of their interesting points!
