I was taking a closer look at his dial and noticed that the lume dots are a little off center at 11 and 12 o'clock positions. So the question for the experts is do you think this has been relumed?

How do you like the lume on the hands?

 

i see that i did not notice the forest while looking at the tree. So I guess the question becomes are the hands original and the lume dots were placed on the dial later or the hands are from another watch.

Good question! I am in no way knowledgable about these, but like the look. IMO, the sunburst finish looks good and the dial in general looks fine. I wonder about the different subdial hands, though.
