The Lego Space Race Stuff... Is amazing! If you have seen the Saturn 5 there are other ones available out there. A company called Brick Mania has a number of Space related builds. I have the Russian Vostok same scale as the Saturn 5, as well as the Redstone Freedom 7 Rocket. Both Yuri and Alan are present. Just wishing they had the Lem and the Neil and Buzz Show.
Got the Saturn V, LEM is next up. They need to make a decent space shuttle now, including the boosters and fuel tank.
A while ago we picked up a Lego Creator 3-in-1 set that makes a space shuttle, a lunar rover small building. The space shuttle is a decent size. Goes well with the Saturn V and LM.
That's how I plan to present my son's graduation 3572.50 moonwatch to him next spring - inside the Lego LM that I bought.
Good Day I was sure glad that I happened to notice this thread lately. Just as I was lamenting that I wished a lego Lunar Module set would appear...I was able to discover that the Lego curiosity series had just released one. The lightning fast gods of digital commerce came through and one is forthcoming From eBay. I love the fact that You were able to park your moon watch inside! Very cool presentation! As a side note...the Apollo Eleven Command Module is now in Seattle at the Mueseum of Flight over the summer! It’s only West Coast appearance! Bring your Speedy and check it out!

Wow, how cool is that. So much for my sons’ idea of using some of the left over Fireworks to power the Lego Lem ascent stage. Hmmm... Engineers and Lego is always an interesting combination! Great work.
Just signed up for one of these LUTs to match the Saturn V. Will report back if it arrives Edit- Link removed until I confirm the Lego is authentic and not from China. Wonder if the umbilicals will hold a watch?
Oh Man... How lucky was I to see this post this morning. I too have the Saturn 5 gracing my coffee table in the horizontal Position. I’d been hoping for some time to see someone finally follow Through with this idea. It kind of looked like a one legged ostrich standing Vertical by itself. Something was missing! Seeing this just made my summer. Problem is ...it will be a bit hard to hide in the man cave. I too took the plunge. Thanks batdad for posting!
Wish I could have had this for the Aniversary of the launch coming up! I would have taken a day off and played at being Mission control. Dang!
