Legit? F300 Constellation Dial Concerns

F300 Constellation that I am concerned might have a refinished dial. Nearly all of the other electronic constellations have their omega logo on the dial in red. There is only one other listing that is a F300 constellation which looks like this listing, but I nonetheless still have reservations…
Original listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/325725649063?hash=item4bd6c2f8a7:g:C80AAOSwNqtkomc3

Here is a similar looking constellation on the omega website, could it be some kind of variation between examples of the same reference number? The reference number is extremely difficult to read on the case back in the listing, but does definitely end in .0034 like the example from the omega website below

I put the case back through an AI text reader and it said the number was 193 0034

although it still looks like the ref. number could be 198.0034.

I'm a bit on the fence with this one. I'm interested in the f300's but have not seen this one with this reference. The caliber is 1250, date only. The 198.0034 seem to be all 1260 eg. day date from what I research. Either in gold color as per above, or with flash dials. The 1250 is common in another reference the 198.002. This one is on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/285125909967 (attached) admittedly, this config seems very rare whatever type it is, but find it strange. I also wasn't able to determine the caliber plate quality. The pic isn't very sharp with the serial number not visible to date it unfortunately.
Maybe this helps you on your query or for others to add to this mystery.

Another thing, the case back does not have the typical constellation medallion. This is unlike what I saw on similar listings like the image you posted and two others.
